Some of you may remember that we hosted Daniela Goode a year or so ago for a injury-prevention seminar. She had joined us at the studio to discuss different ways to enhance sports performance and avoid physical impediments to training.
After a long hiatus, Daniela will be back to the Mississauga studio this upcoming week. She’ll be starting to offer Thai Yoga Massage treatments on Wednesday and Thursday nights, starting April 19th. You’ll be able to pop in for twenty-minute tune-ups or book longer sessions with her for more profound therapeutic work. We highly suggest booking in advance, as spots fill up very quickly!
